We prepare cadastral surveys and base maps and provide building and boundary staking-out, condominium establishment, land subdivision, building registration, and reconciliation of cadastre and land registry records. Current services and links to detailed descriptions are available in the Services menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Licensing and Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our office holds approval from the State Geodetic Administration (Dr\u017eavna geodetska uprava) to carry out professional surveying work, and our professional work is overseen by an authorised geodetic engineer registered with the Croatian Chamber of Chartered Geodetic Engineers (HKOIG). Each case is handled according to the type of work, available documents, and applicable regulations, and documentation is submitted to the competent authorities when this forms part of the agreed service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Borna Cetini\u0107, dipl. ing. geod.<\/strong>, is an authorised geodetic engineer, registration number 929 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hkoig.hr\/imenici-i-upisnici\/imenik-ovlastenih-inzenjera-geodezije\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HKOIG register<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our team consists of a licensed geodesy engineer and surveying technicians who handle every case personally, from the first site visit through to the finished report.
