Only buildings for which the owner has proof of legality can be entered into cadastre records.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is possible on the basis of an occupancy permit or legalisation decision (for legalized structures). The occupancy permit is issued by the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p>The price depends on building size.
