About us
Geodetic Office Tahimetar d.o.o. has operated in Split since 2010, providing professional surveying services to individuals, investors, and companies in Split and Split-Dalmatia County. We prepare cadastral surveys and base maps and provide building and boundary staking-out, condominium establishment, land subdivision, building registration, and reconciliation of cadastre and land registry records. Current services and links to detailed descriptions are available in the Services menu.
Licensing and Expertise
Our office holds approval from the State Geodetic Administration (Državna geodetska uprava) to carry out professional surveying work, and our professional work is overseen by an authorised geodetic engineer registered with the Croatian Chamber of Chartered Geodetic Engineers (HKOIG). Each case is handled according to the type of work, available documents, and applicable regulations, and documentation is submitted to the competent authorities when this forms part of the agreed service.
Borna Cetinić, dipl. ing. geod., is an authorised geodetic engineer, registration number 929 in the HKOIG register.
Our Approach
Our team consists of a licensed geodesy engineer and surveying technicians who handle every case personally, from the first site visit through to the finished report. Being a small team means you deal directly with the person actually working on your case, with clear timelines and no waiting around for answers.
Our office is located in Split, at Ulica Petra Zoranića 2 — easily accessible from anywhere in the city and the wider region. Contact us by phone, email, or in person and describe your property or construction requirement; we will provide an initial indication of the likely scope and timeline.
